Forsythia Hydrosol Toner

This toner is made with fresh foraged forsythia blossoms distilled in-house in upstate NY in a copper alembic still. 

The fresh, floral hydrosol has been blended with organic witch hazel and organic cucumber hydrosol for a refreshing, skin toning, and anti-inflammatory mist for the skin.
