Unearthing Holistic Wellness (1,3, & 6-months)

Work with Brooke for 1, 3, and 6 months on all aspects of your life. In these 3 months we will take a look at your values, the narratives and beliefs you hold about yourself, and how to uncover your true authentic self by using Somatic, CBT, and herbal modalities. 

One month Coaching relationship ($450/month)

- One 2-hour intake session

- Three 1-hour sessions (virtual, in-person, or hybrid)

- A handcrafted box of custom botanical self-care products

- A journal with prompts and for tracking our process together

- Ongoing virtual, email, and text support throughout the month.

In the 3 month coaching relationship ($1395)

-One 2-hour long initial consult

- Three 1 hour long calls/month (9 total) (if local, these sessions can be in-person)

- 2 Handcrafted boxes full of handcrafted, customized self-care goodies and a journal for recording prompts and realizations throughout the program. 

- Ongoing virtual support through resources, videos, and workshops. 

In the 6-month coaching relationship ($2600)

- One 2-hour long initial consult

- Three 1-hour long calls/month (18 total) (if local, these sessions can be in-person)

- 3 handcrafted boxes full of customized self-care

- A journal for recording prompts and the process

- Ongoing virtual support through resources, videos, workshops, and email exchanges. 

Payment plans are available through Shopify or PayPal, if needed. Sliding scale costs are also available, as requested and distributed by need.
